After seeing a piece of artwork on Katherine Dunn’s personal site, Cat Bennett asked her if she would participate in an upcoming book she wrote, “The Confidant Creative”, to be published in March, 2010.
As an inspirational book for visual artists, Katherine’s piece was inspired by a story about a woman who disappears while swimming under a full moon. Katherine said, “I love to swim, but never swim in the ocean or large lakes. I have always been drawn to water, but am also terrified of it. Any stories involving people on open water at night haunt me”.
